Keep Up-to-date with Email Alerts

Use info4local's email alert service to keep up to date with new information on the UK Resilience website, as well as emergency information from government departments and agencies. Managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government with five other departments, info4local is an easy way to keep up to date with information from across central government. Thousands of people subscribe to its free, daily e-mail alert service.

info4local has grown dramatically since it was set up with a handful of contributors in 2000. It now covers information from nearly 60 government departments, agencies and public bodies.

It gives links, with summaries, to the latest publications and web pages of contributors, as well as linking to their news releases.

You can get the most up to date information delivered direct by signing up for the popular e-mail alerts. You can select what you want to receive from the list of 25 subjects info4local covers.

Feedback from users in local authorities and the wider public and voluntary sectors is good. One user has described the service as "first class" and another as "one of the most useful government services I know of".
